Bench War Treaty

The following is the treaty signed on 17 September 2010 between the Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun and the Unnamed Empire at the conclusion of the Bench War. It resulted in the incorporation of the Unnamed Empire within Gishabrun under the name "Maccrage" (spelled "Macragge" in the treaty).

Bench War Treaty

1. There will be no more fighting between the Unnamed Empire and the Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun.
2. The Unnamed Empire shall become an autonomous region of the Tsarist Empire of Gishabrun.
3. Emperor Cyril I of the Unnamed Empire will become leader of the Armed Forces of Gishabrun and will have a good chance of joining the LOB if need be.
4. The Unnamed Empire will hereby change to become the Empire of Macragge [sic].
5. On offense, the Empire of Macragge gets 1/5 of all enemy territory the EOM attacked.
