Act 54
In accordance with the Supreme Directive of the Empire of Adammia, on the authority of the Ruling Council and His Imperial Majesty the Emperor, this following Act of Council is hereby enacted, with the purpose of amending Imperial Decrees LXIII and LXIV.
Section 1
- a) For the purposes of Decree LXIV, an enemy is defined as being any entity with which the Empire in in a state of war and/or any entity deemed to have committed an act of war against Adammia.
