  1. The following administrative divisions are hereby established:
    1. County
      1. Counties are areas which are a part of mainland Kapreburg.
    1. Colony
      1. Colonies are areas that are easily reachable by Kapresh citizens, and able to be developed.
      2. A colony may be appointed ceremonial leader by the monarch, with the title of “Governor”.
    1. Dependency
      1. Dependencies are areas that are usually unreachable and undeveloped, or an otherwise isolated claim of Kapreburg.
      2. A dependency may be appointed a ceremonial leader by the monarch, with the title of “Administrator”.
    1. Dominion
      1. Dominions are entities that have complete legislative independence, but are part of the Kapresh Empire.
      2. The Monarch of Kapreburg is by default the monarch, and head of state in every dominion, and is fons honorum in every dominion.
      3. The head of government of every dominion is the Governor-General. The Governor-General can either be appointed by the monarch, elected by the citizens of the dominion, or elected by the dominion’s legislature.
      4. Every dominion has the right to establish its own court.
      5. Every dominion has the right to establish its own military.
    1. City
      1. Cities are entities that exist within another administrative division.
      2. A city can be appointed a ceremonial leader with the title of “Mayor”.
    2. Autonomous city
      1. Charriotsville is to be established as the only autonomous city, and is outside of any other administrative division.
      2. Charriotsville can be appointed a ceremonial leader, titled “Lord Mayor”.
  1. Any of these administrative divisions must be established via royal charter or royal decree.
