Full text

This bill seeks to formalise the creation of the ACRE [Assembled Council of Regional Executives]. By passing this act, the Federal Government shall grant the following:

i) There shall be assembled a council consisted solely by the leaders of the Executive Regions of Renasia (SARs and Renasia Proper).
ii) This Council shall be granted the following powers:

  • a) The right to submit suggestions for both laws and amendments to laws which are enacted on the Federal Level
  • b) The right, during the time in which a bill is left submitted to the public to examine, to hold a vote on a process of 'localisation'. Should a vote for localisation pass with a majority of over, but not equal to, 50%, the bill will be 'localised'.

iii) For the purpose of this bill, localisation is defined as 'the act of enforcing a bill's prescriptions only in the Executive Regions which accept it, as opposed to Federal enforcement'.
iv) For the purpose of this bill, it is clarified that each Executive region may appoint more than one representative. These representatives must split the single vote between themselves equally. These fractional votes may be cast independently by each representative.
