4th 2015 DECREE OF HIS ELITE EXCELLENCE KURI KABANOV

'CONCERNING THE DELEGATION OF ROLES TO A CERTAIN MR. SOVETUS ALIYEV':

Recognising the currently dormant state of affairs of Gishabrun, further hearing the petition of Mr. Sovetus Aliyev to improve Gishabrun's activity and presence, and understanding that We are unable to involve Ourselves in the affairs of Gishabrun, We hereby enact the following terms in Our capacity as the legitimate Knyaz of Gishabrun:

1. The grant of the title ‘Boyar’ to Mr. Aliyev, henceforth to be known as His Grace, Boyar Aliyev.
2. The recognition of His Grace, Boyar Aliyev as a member of the Gishabruni Royal Court.
3. The establishment of the Ministry of State Assets as a governmental body which will exercise Our powers related to the management of Our estates and holdings, as well as the economic activity related to them.
4. The appointment of His Grace, Boyar Aliyev as the Minister of State Assets.
