3rd 2023 DECREE OF HIS ELITE EXCELLENCE KURI KABANOV

'CONCERNING THE LIMITATION OF THE LINE OF SUCCESSION':

Recognising that Our 2nd 2023 decree contains certain terms that are currently ineffective due to Our ability to change them when they are in force, We hereby enact the following terms in Our capacity as the legitimate Knyaz of Gishabrun:

1. The affirmation that the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th terms in Our 2nd 2023 decree are unchangeable.
2. The affirmation that all the terms of this, Our 3rd 2023 decree, are unchangeable.
