'CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SUBJECT-STATUS':
Recognising the need to accommodate and recognise the interest in and support of Gishabrun by individuals who wish to be affiliated with Gishabrun but are not members of the Gishabruni Royal Court, We hereby enact the following terms in Our capacity as the legitimate Knyaz of Gishabrun:
1. The definition of a Gishabruni subject as a person who wishes to simultaneously contribute to and benefit from their support of and affiliation with Gishabrun, despite not being a member of the Gishabruni Royal Court (with membership as defined in the 2nd term of Our 1st 2015 decree), and who have been allowed to do so by Our mandate.
2. The prohibition of Gishabruni subjects from participating in the government of Gishabrun, as represented by the Gishabruni Royal Court.

4. The designation or revocation of subject status as determined by Our discretion.
5. The definition of the term 'peer' as referring to members of the Gishabruni Royal Court.
