‘CONCERNING THE SUBJECTSHIP PETITION OF A CERTAIN MR. ANATOLI EMIN MERT’:

Hearing the petition of Mr. Anatoli Emin Mert for acceptance as a Gishabruni subject, We hereby enact the following terms in Our capacity as the legitimate Knyaz of Gishabrun:

1. The grant of the title ‘Marquis’ to Mr. Mert, henceforth to be known as His Grace, Marquis Mert.
2. The recognition of His Grace, Marquis Mert as a member of the Gishabruni Royal Court.
