2nd 2015 DECREE OF HIS ELITE EXCELLENCE KURI KABANOV

'CONCERNING THE MODIFIABILITY OF CERTAIN CRUCIAL TERMS':

Recognising that a loophole may arise from the fact that the 6th term in Our 1st 2015 decree is overridable but itself affirms the unchangeablity of certain crucial terms, we hereby enact the following terms in Our capacity as the legitimate Knyaz of Gishabrun:

1. The affirmation that the 6th term in Our 2015 decree is unchangeable.
2. The affirmation that all the terms of this, Our 2nd 2015 decree, are unchangeable.
