1st 2018 DECREE OF HIS ELITE EXCELLENCE KURI KABANOV

'CONCERNING THE PETITION OF A CERTAIN MR. MANGAS COLORADAS':

Hearing the petition of Mr. Mangas Coloradas to loyally submit himself to Us and to join himself with the illustrious heritage of Gishabrun, and recognising his personal closeness to Us, which We perceive with great warmth, We hereby enact the following terms in Our capacity as the legitimate Knyaz of Gishabrun:

1. The grant of the title ‘Boyar’ to Mr. Coloradas, henceforth to be known as His Grace, Boyar Coloradas.
2. The recognition of His Grace, Boyar Coloradas as a member of the Gishabruni Royal Court.
