Laws of Game Confusion

I am a soccer (football) referee and have been for a year and I do a pretty darn good job at it. So I decide to go through these rules to see what differs from FIFA and I read strange things like "free pass kick". To start, what the heck is a "free pass kick" supposed to mean and why bother having it? Also, why make an offside trap illegal. Also, that rule is going to be very hard to enforce and will cause much confusion and many issues.

Also I am guessing that man power is low by the number of players but for any really professional or official soccer (football) game, three officials are required. One or possibly two center referees will not be able to conduct such a game with much success and lack of issues. Also, two equal ranking center referees just causes friction because now you have two equal ranking officials at the helm and then they will begin to have conflicts eventually.

Not trying to drive you nuts with this but just a few pointers to make the games and the organization better are all I'm trying to do :)
