Ninth Decree of William I, King of Gradonia

His Serene Highness and Royal Majesty, William I hereby decrees the recognition of the sovereignty of the Commonwealth of New Virginia from the United States of America and the French Republic, since the date of 11 February 2020 on this day, the twenty-sixth of August, in the year of our lord, 2020. The Kingdom of Gradonia also acknowledges all current and future borders and territories, and diplomatic envoys and ambassadors of the Commonwealth. The Kingdom of Gradonia does also grant diplomatic immunity to the President, Prime Minister, Speaker of the House of Burgesses, and President of the Senate of the Commonwealth.
