Speech Act 2019

All speech shall be permitted. All threats of violence including but not limited to: threatening assault, encouraging others to commit assault, encouraging others to commit acts of terrorism, threatening to commit acts of terrorism, threatening to commit murder, encouraging others to commit murder shall not be permitted. An exception to this act shall be as according to the constitution: "...denial of a well documented event, such as the holocaust, shall be considered unlawful".

This act will be put into force on this day, 19 September 2019, MMXIX, 224, 14nov, 74 AE, ༃ᎃ28.
