PROPOSING THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT to the foundational Rema Treaty of Union of 2020.

ON PEERAGES & TITLES OF NOBILITY

  1. The right to form titles of nobility, to be awarded in the fashion pleased, shall be reserved for the individual confederations of this Union, and shall not be infringed upon by this Union Government, with only but the following conditions;
  2. The granting of any title above that of Count, Earl, or its confederal equivalent, shall be reserved to the greater unanimous consent of the Diarchy; this includes the title of Marquess;
  3. Peerages & their likeness in the form of titles of nobility shall be recognized as formally and legally equal across confederal borders, with no regard for the originating confederation of the title.
