A RESOLUTION OF

THE SEVENTH SESSION

OF THE KONLICHSTAG


Konlichstag Member Extensions Act

This body, in accordance with the First Decree of William I, contains "seven members, six dukes of the provinces of Gradonia and one being the sovereign". Furthermore, the decree states: "The purpose of the Konlichstag shall be to make legislation independent of, but still including the king". This body, with the assent of His Majesty, puts forth this resolution to amend both the number of members which may serve in the body and create a system of sub-divisions within the provinces of Gradonia. The amendment to the number of members serving shall;

I. Include the noble position of Marquess which shall,

a. be a title directly subordinate to Duke,
b. have executive authority in the subdivision of a March, as defined in Article II, section a,
c. and will have the ability to represent their Province, March, and subdivisions of said March, as defined in Article II, section b&c.

The system of sub-divisions within the provinces of Gradonia shall;

I.be assigned into three classifications, which are:

a. March, which shall be a subdivision limited to two per province. Each March will have a Marquess who exercises executive authority over their respective March and is subordinate to their respective Duke,
b. County, which shall be a subdivision limited to two per March. Each County will have a Count who exercises executive authority over their respective County and is subordinate to their respective Marquess,
c. and Barony, which shall be a subdivision limited to two per County. Each Barony will have a Baron who exercises executive authority over their respective Barony and is subordinate to their respective Count and Marquess.
