Fourth Decree of William I, King of Gradonia

HM William I hereby decrees the creation of the acquisition and reintegration of the former lands of the Beyvrik SR Republic to New Hesse on this day, the twenty second of September, the year of our Lord, 2019

BE IT KNOWN THAT - HM, the King, realizing that on the seventeenth of September, 2019 the People's Federation of Quebec dissolved all republics, including Byvrik, excepting Quebec:

I. The lands formerly known as Beyvrik SR Republic are to be affirmed as Gradonian.

II. These lands are to be integrated into the Province of New Hesse.
