A DECREE
OF
HIS SERENE HIGHNESS, WILLIAM I
HEREBY ESTABLISHING THE
MOST SPLENDID AND NOBLE ORDER OF THE BLUEBONNET

By the pleasure of His Serene Highness, the following is hereby enacted:

An Order of individuals, being placed into ranks herein described, shall be created to acknowledge and reward those who contribute, by their own labors or materials, meritorious service to the Crown and Cedarnia. Any person, by the wisdom and grace of the Monarch of Cedarnia, may be inducted into or removed from the order by the sovereign's pleasure. The ranks of the order, numbering three, shall be, by order of precedence: Knight Grand Cross, Commander, and Knight.

As a lasting mark and testimony of his favor toward this Principality, and in remembrance to all succeeding ages, of their duty and affliction to His Serene Highness, four titles of nobility are hereby issued the privilege of Knight Grand Cross in perpetuity of the existence of said titles. The originators of this privilege are known as: Thomas, Duke of Urschurburg, Bradley, Marquess of Fleiße, Charles, Crown Duke of the Realm, and Archie, Marquess of Urschrburg-Riss.

Done this day, the First of January, in the year of our Lord, Two-thousand Twenty-one.
