A RESOLUTION OF

THE SECOND SESSION

OF THE COUNCIL OF ELECTORS

Elected Cabinet Members Act

The Cabinet of the Kingdom of Gradonia, a subservient and advisory body to the Monarch, consists of four ministers of Defense, Economics, Foreign Affairs, and the Interior, respectively. This act shall;

I. Include the elected Consul of the Konlichstag and President as members of the cabinet who,

a. head the Offices of the Nobility and of the Electorate, respectively,

b. have authority to advise the Monarch on matters of their perview,

c. must be elected by their respective house,

d. and holds their office from election until their death, resignation, or removal from a loss of confidence in their respective house.

II. Establish two Offices which,

a. shall be the Office of the Nobility,

i. which represents the whole body of people holding peerage in the Kingdom of Gradonia established in His Serene and Royal Majestyś Eighth Decree,

ii. which informs the Monarch of developments related to peers such as deaths, births, marriages, &c,

b. and the Office of the Electorate,

i. which bilaterally represents the whole body of voting people, the Electorate.
