Eighth Decree of William I, King of Gradonia

His Serene Highness and Royal Majesty, William I hereby decrees the creation of Letters Patent for administration of awards, honors, and titles on this day, the fourth of July, in the year of our lord, 2020.

Letters patent may revoke, restore, or create awards, honors, and titles. This decree does also provide that Letters Patent may create both landed and titular nobility. Additionally, this decree states that Peerage of the Kingdom of Gradonia includes only Dukes, Marquesses, and Counts, including the female equivalents, as well as the Prince of Cedarnia.
